Residential 3bhk- Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

Set in the city of flamingos and part of the planned megacity Navi Mumbai, this house is set in the sprawling NRI complex, Seawoods. The idea was to create a contemporary and luxurious theme for the client and translate it into muted colours flooring, rich polished veneer panelling with brass inlay, egg shell finished walls with frames and hints of pop-toned furniture pieces.

The space required a complete redo to make it feel like you own it and want to dwell in it. As spaces where families bond over quality time together, lounge areas must speak for their shared interests and personality and offer comfortable seating.
A budgeted project where the brief of the house was a minimal, clutter-free space. The living area was meant to entertain guests and for interactions. Hence a conscious decision of not having a TV in the living space.

This project was conceptualized and completed in a span of 25 days along with Khaakaa Designs from Ahemdabad who executed the project. The office space was meant to be bright and lively as it would be operational for 24 hours daily. Small pockets of breakaway spaces are proposed on the work floor for employees to relax between work.
